No Bake Cake Balls (Allyson)
Mix: 1/2 cup unsalted butter- softened
1/2 cup sugar
Add: 1 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp vanilla
1/8 tsp salt
1 cup cake mix
Add: 3-4 Tbsp milk
Optional: 2 Tbsp spinkles
Make balls and refridgerate for 15 minutes. Can dip chilled balls in powdered sugar, sugar or in melted chocolate.

Apple Cake (Kris)
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup soft butter or margarine
2 eggs
4 unpeeled, shredded Granny Smith apples
2 cups flour
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup chopped nuts, optional
Cream sugar and margarine. Add eggs and beat well. Mix in apples, dry ingredients and nuts. Bake in greased 9 x 13 pan. 350' for 45 minutes.
Sauce:
3/4 cup butter or margarine
2 cups sugar
1 cup evaporated milk
3 tsp. vanilla
Melt butter, add sugar and milk. Heat on low 10-15 minutes or until slightly thickeded. Do not boil. Add vanilla and remove from heat.
Serve warm over cake.
