Chocolate Bundt Cake (Kris B.)

1 chocolate cake mix

2 eggs separated

3 oz. cream cheese

2 T. sugar

Beat cream cheese, sugar and egg yolks until smooth. Prepare cake mix as directed except substitute 2 eggs whites and 2 whole eggs for the 3 eggs. Pour half the cake batter into greased and floured bundt pan. Spoon cream cheese mixture into center of ring. Pour remaining batter carefully over the top. Bake as directed in 350’ oven. Top with cream cheese or sour cream frosting.
